About

Gillian Rose Colour fuses strategy, analysis, aesthetics, and motivational considerations to give shape, meaning, and context to your vision.

Colour Science is more than Colour Theory.

Colour Theory is about optics (the function of the eye and visual perception) and is a practical guide to colour mixing using categories of colors based on the colour wheel. Colour Theory was founded by Sir Isaac Newton (1642-1726).

Colour Science is the integration of colour theory, which includes neurological and psychological findings on the ways colour impacts our perception, mind, and behavior. Colour Science was founded by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe (1749-1832).
