Constantin Brâncusi was a Romanian sculptor, painter and photographer who was one of the most influential voices in modern sculpture.

His ability to use abstraction and form to create sculptures that could generate a sense of wholeness and calm influenced my early studies and underpinned my understanding of form and color.
